Remote Learning for Grades 1-5

Elementary Students:

Time Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
8:50 am-9:00 am Prepare for e-learning for the day. Make sure you have your charged device and any log-in information. 
9:00 am Check-in with your teacher. Look for assignments and activities for the day. 
9:00am-9:30am Priority Time for  “live” learning -may occur a few times per week Experience, extension, enrichment, Intervention, 
9:30am-10:30am Developmental activity work time, pre-recorded videos or discussion boards. Time should be “chunked”. 
10:30am-11:00am Break
11:00am-noon Specials activities, free reading
Noon-1:00pm Lunch and Free Time
1:00pm If your child has an intervention, the team will contact you about scheduling this for the afternoon.

Our teachers are professionals and will do what it takes to assist students, but the sample schedule below may give you guidance on when to expect teacher support or communication.

10:30am-11:00am Break
11:00am -noon Team Plan/Collaboration with Colleagues/Specialists/Paraprofessionals
Noon-1:00pm Lunch
1:00pm-3:00pm Intervention if determined by BLIT
