7:230-AP1 – Misconduct by Students with Disabilities

The Illinois Council of Attorneys produced the Special Education Procedures Assuring the Implementation of Comprehensive Programming for Children with Disabilities.  These procedures were adopted by the Batavia Public School Board of Education in the fall of 2008.  Each building administrator was given a hard copy of these procedures in January 2009.  Administrators should refer to this document whenever misconduct by students with disabilities occurs.
