Spring 2018 Noetic Learning Math Contest Results
This year, 33,000-plus students representing 772 schools nationwide participated in the Spring 2018 National Noetic Math Contest in which students are given 45 minutes to solve 20 problems. The goal of the competition is to encourage students’ interest in math, to develop their problem solving skills, and to inspire them to excel in math. Accelerated math students in grades 3-5 from all BPS101 elementary schools participated.
Based on team and individual scores, students were ranked in the following categories:
- Team Achievement: Top 10% of all teams
- Team Medal Winner: The highest scorer in each team
- National Honor Roll: Top 10% of all participants in each grade
