Facilities Rental
Rental of facilities is a two-step process:
- First-time users must:
- Review the Terms & Conditions of Use; and upon acceptance will be redirected to:
- Submit an application to become an Organization Event Coordinator (OEC).
- Registered (i.e., returning) users may login to schedule rentals.
Applicant will be notified by the District when the application has been approved. Once approved, the OEC can access the scheduling software to request use of the space.
