Kindergarten Enrichment
BPS101 hosts an in-house kindergarten Enrichment program that coordinates with the District’s Half-Day Kindergarten Program (HDK). Kindergarten Enrichment students engage in work and play in line with the themes and skills developed in the HDK program. These skills are an extension of the core program, with an emphasis on play and exploration. Click HERE for additional information on the Kindergarten Enrichment Program.
Early Entrance to Kindergarten
The District has procedures in place to screen students who parents believe are candidates for early entrance to kindergarten. Board policies 6:130 and 6:135 detail these policies and procedures. All requests for screening should be made by April 1st, prior to the year the parent would like the student to start school. A fee of $50 is required, but fee exemptions are available.
After-school Program
The school day at BPS101 elementary schools ends at 3:30 PM. If you need care for your students after the school day, the Batavia Park District offers Kids’ Club at each of our elementary schools. This is a paid program offered through the Batavia Park District. Visit the Batavia Park District website for additional information on schedule and fees.
